The 2015 highest grosser blockbuster Malayalam film ‘Premam’ is rising to an International level. According to the sources the film is being dubbed for French release.
‘Premam’ directed by Alphonse Puthren with Nivin Pauly in the lead received a huge reception from the audience in and around Kerala. The film received an highly positive critical response, with praise for direction, acting, humour, cinematography, editing, and songs. The film produced at a shoestring budget of ₹4 crore grossed an estimated sum of ₹60 crore worldwide making it the second highest grossing Malayalam film of all time. The film was re-released by the request of the audience in Chennai after a theatrical run of 250 days.
Sources says that the film has been already taken for French distribution for a sum of INR 10 Lakhs and the official declaration will be soon out.
The film is creating history in Malayalam. The film is already being remaked in Telugu with Naga Chaitanya in the lead.
Sai Pallavi, Anupama Parameswaran, Madonna Sebastian, Shabareesh Varma and Krishna Shankar forms the main cast along with Nivin Pauly.
