Mohanlal Learns Telugu Within One Week For Manamantha

We all are eagerly waiting for the Mohanlal film directed Chandra Sekhar Yeleti releasing in 3 languages. The film is titled Manamantha in Telugu and Vismayam in Malayalam. Tamil version will be a dubbed version titled Namadhu. Expectations are sky high for the film that is releasing on 5th of August.

While Malayalam and Telugu hardly have any similarities the complete actor recently said in an interview that he learned Telugu for the film in just 1 week. “This was my first attempt at learning Telugu, and all that it took me to understand and speak the language was just one week. The whole dubbing process in my own voice took about 68 hours and I thoroughly enjoyed the process,” said Mohanlal, while addressing the media.

The theatrical trailer of the film received a huge response from the viewers. According to the trailer ’Vismayam’ is a journey of four people at different phases in their life: childhood, youth, and adulthood. The movie is a family entertainer with some thrilling suspense.

Another specialty of the film is that Mohanlal and Gautami are teaming after a gap of 18 years since ‘Iruvar’ of Maniratnam. Malayalam Actress Urvashi is also doing an important role in the film produced by Sai Korrapatti Productions under the banner Varahi Chalana Chitram.

Music is handled by Mahesh Shankar and cinematography by Rahul Shrivastava.
