Sivakarthikeyan’s much awaited upcoming release ‘Remo’ will be hitting the silver screens on October 7th this year. The film directed by the debutant Bhagyaraj Kannan is produced by R. D. Raja under his banner 24AM Studios.
According to the inside sources, producer R.D Raja saw the first copy of the film and is overwhelmed with joy. He is so happy and excited about the output that he has already handed over the advance for the director’s next film.
Remo being the debut film of his production house, R.D Raja was very keen on the outcome. The film was creating hypes right from the release of the first look poster. Remo is the first Indian film to have an open market for the distribution. Their step to prevent leakage of film before release too made place in news. All their productions will release overseas only after its release in India.
The film’s music launch will be held on September 5th. English version of the song ‘Sirikadhey’ was supposed to release on August 26th, but was postponed to release with rest of the songs.
Remo is a romantic-comedy movie with Sivakarthikeyan and Keerthy Suresh in the lead. Siva will appear in two different roles in the movie which includes a female avatar too. Sathish Krishnan, KV Ravikumar, Anson and many others are in the cast along with a guest appearance by Sri Divya. Music is composed by Anirudh. Edits is by Ruben. Sound design of the film is done by oscar award winner Resul Pookutty.
