Case Against Actress Mithra Kurian For Assaulting KSRTC Bus Driver

The Bodyguard actress Mithra Kurian is accused of assaulting a KSRTC driver and a traffic control inspector on Sunday. The incident took place at Perumbavoor KSRTC bus stand near to 4:30 p.m. The actress is accused of trespassing the bus stand and assaulting the complainants.

According to the complaint, Mithra attacked the KSRTC staff claiming that a bus from Thiruvambadi depot to Erattupetta slightly hit her car. She followed the bus to Perumbavoor stand and assaulted it’s driver A. Ramadas and traffic control inspector A.A Vijayan, who tried to stop her.

Ramdas and Vijayan had to seek medical treatment after the assault. The complaint also states that she trespassed with her car into the KSRTC stand, where no other vehicles are allowed, and also abused the staff stopping near a petrol pump.

Meanwhile Mitra has filed a complaint in reverse stating that it was the fault of the bus staffs to speed away without stopping after hitting her car. She claims that there are several damages to the car.
