Coronavirus infection was confirmed among citizens of Ukraine in Germany, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, Spain, the Netherlands and the Seychelles, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine reported.
As of the morning of March 23, 18 Ukrainians are being treated for coronavirus infection abroad, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported on Facebook.
Most Ukrainians – five – undergoing treatment in Germany.
Four Ukrainians are treated in the Dominican Republic, in two – in Italy, Poland and the UAE, one at a time – in Spain, the Netherlands and the Seychelles.
Six Ukrainian citizens abroad have already been cured (four in Japan, one each in Italy and Poland), three have died. All the dead lived in Italy.
The Foreign Ministry said that 155 citizens of Ukraine are now in quarantine in other countries (most – in Poland, 105 people).
During the evacuation home managed to return 70 137 citizens of Ukraine.
