“Today I signed a decree according to which special digital passes are introduced for trips in Moscow and the Moscow region on personal and public transport. You can start issuing digital passes on April 13. From April 15, their availability will be mandatory for travel. Walking without passes, but at the same time strictly observing the established rules and restrictions, “the statement said.
The pass will be needed for trips on any type of personal and public transport.
Passes for an unlimited number of trips up to April 30, according to Sobyanin, will be issued to employees of enterprises that continue to work in quarantine.
In addition, once a day you can get a pass for a trip to a medical institution. Two more times a week, residents of Moscow and the region will be able to get a pass for a trip for personal purposes (for example, to a store or a summer residence).

Over the past 24 hours, 1667 new cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in Russia, reports Stop_koronavirus.ru.
