While in China a good part of the Xiaomi smartphones concerned has already received MIUI 12, in the rest of the world there are very few models that have received the Global Stable version of MIUI.
Among the first to receive the new version, as was predictable, there will be the owners of the new flagships launched this year, starting with Xiaomi Mi 10. Xiaomi has in fact launched a new recruitment campaign among owners of Xiaomi Mi 10, especially the Indian model.
This is what is understood by filling out the form, the link of which you will find at the end of the article: in fact, by choosing “Other Countries” you will not be asked for any data other than the email address to be contacted. If instead select India you will have to choose the smartphone, even if the list allows you to choose only Mi 10 or a generic “Others” and subsequently you will have to indicate the name Telegram to be informed in case of a positive outcome.
To avoid “cheating” it is still necessary to send a screenshot of the smartphone information and the MI ID, which will be binding for the test. It therefore seems clear that, at least in the first phase, only the Mi 10 will be affected by the test but it is still likely that the models sold in the rest of the world, including Europe, will be involved in the test within a few days.
